We deliver posters worldwide from Italy. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We strive to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Italyca. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Defects on the print itself: If you receive a print with defects such as misprints, smudges, or other printing errors, we will gladly issue a return or replacement. Please provide clear photos of the defects when contacting us about your return.
• Incorrect or damaged items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or if your print arrives damaged, we will promptly address the issue with a return or replacement. Please provide photos of the incorrect or damaged item along with your request.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
